University of Michigan: Ph.D. Studentships

(posted 2017-09-08)

The Dantzer Lab at the University of Michigan is looking for new Ph.D. students to start in Fall 2018. We study how animals cope with variable environments but are broadly interested in understanding the ecology, evolution, and mechanisms (physiology and neuroscience) underlying variation in animal behavior and their life histories. Our study systems are wild mammals (red squirrels, prairie voles, mice) throughout North America and we aim to do big ecological experiments coupled with laboratory analyses of samples we collect in the field. If you are interested in applying to the lab, please contact me at dantzer@umich.edu and visit our website at https://sites.lsa.umich.edu/dantzerlab/. Members of the Dantzer Lab will also be attending SICB 2018 if anyone is interested in meeting with us in person.
