Registration

Register now for the 2006 SICB Annual Meeting. Make sure all sections of the conference registration form are complete, and proper payment is included to avoid processing delays. Individuals registering as non-members will automatically receive SICB membership for 2006 as part of their registration.

Full meeting registration includes:

Student meeting registration includes:

• Welcome and Meeting Orientation

• Access to the exhibit hall

Companion registration includes:

• Welcome to Orlando Reception
• Companion Orientation and Breakfast

• Access to the exhibit hall

Three Ways to Register
To qualify for discounted registration fees, registration forms and payment must be received at the SICB Business Office by Friday, December 2, 2005.

• Online Registration is closed. Please register on site at the meeting.
• Register by fax: Fax your completed form with credit card information to (703) 790-2672. VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express accepted.
• Mail your completed form (payable to SICB) with payment to:

Individuals will not be registered nor will space be held without full payment.

Registration Fee Categories
Most non-member categories include SICB membership for 2006. If you are not already a SICB member, fill out the membership application/dues renewal form to receive your complimentary membership. If you are a member, use that form to pay your 2006 dues. Members also can renew their membership online.

*Member fees available to SICB and Co-sponsoring Society members who have paid their 2006 dues only. Co-sponsoring societies: AMS and TCS.

Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are subject to a $50 service charge. Cancellations must be in writing via fax, email or regular mail to the SICB Business Office. Cancellation notices received by December 2 will be refunded total registration fees minus the $50 service charge and will be refunded after the meeting. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after December 2.

Registration Confirmation
Confirmation letters will be sent once payment has been received.
