Register now for the 2011 SICB Annual Meeting. Make sure all sections of the conference registration form are complete, and proper payment is included to avoid processing delays.

Three Ways to Register
To qualify for discounted registration fees, registration forms and payment must be received at the SICB Business Office by Friday, December 3, 2010.
  • Secure Online Meeting Registration.
  • Register by fax: Fax your completed form with credit card information to (703) 790-2672. VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express accepted.
  • Mail your completed form (payable to SICB) with payment to:

Individuals will not be registered nor will space be held without full payment.

If you are not already a SICB member, fill out the membership application/dues renewal form to receive your membership. If you are a member, use that form to pay your 2011 dues. Members also can renew their membership online.

Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are subject to a $50 service charge. Cancellations must be in writing via fax, email or regular mail to the SICB Business Office. Cancellation notices received by December 3 will be refunded total registration fees minus the $50 service charge and will be refunded after the meeting. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after December 3.

Registration Confirmation
Confirmation letters will be sent once payment has been received.
