    The Embassy Suites Hotel @ Charleston Area Convention Center is the Meeting Headquarters Hotel.

    The Embassy Suites Hotel is sold out on January 4 and 5. Please use one of the four overflow hotels for your stay during the SICB meeting.

    Conference Rates:
    Group rate is $135.00 single/double, $145 triple and $155 quad. Group rates available Dec. 30 - Jan. 11, subject to availability. All reservations must be made by December 03, 2010 in order to receive this rate.


    The special room rate will be available until Monday December 12, 2011 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.

    All hotels are a short walk from the Convention Center and include a complimentary breakfast. Refer to map for locations and walking distances.

    Charleston Convention & Group Services offers a number of special tours for SICB delegates. They can be booked online at:
