Registration Information

Register now for the 2013 SICB Annual Meeting. Make sure all sections of the conference registration form are complete, and proper payment is included to avoid processing delays. Full meeting registration includes:

Three Ways to Register

To qualify for discounted early registration fees, registration forms and payment must be received at the SICB Business Office by Monday 3 December 2012.
1. Register online at www.sicb.org.
2. Register by fax: Fax your completed form with credit card information to (703) 790-2672. VISA, Mastercard, and American Express accepted.
3. Mail your completed form (payable to SICB) with payment to:

Mail completed registration form with check, money order, purchase order or credit card information.
Individuals will not be registered, nor will space be held, without full payment.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are subject to a $50 service charge. Cancellations must be in writing via fax, email or regular mail to the SICB Business Office. Cancellation notices received by 3 December will be refunded total registration fees minus the $50 service charge and will be refunded after the meeting. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after 3 December.

Registration Confirmation

Confirmation emails will be sent once payment has been received.

Membership Renewal Information

To renew your membership for the year 2013, complete the appropriate section of the Registration Form. If you would like membership information, visit www.sicb.org or contact the SICB Business Office at (800) 955-1236, E-mail: sicb@ burkinc.com.

Annual Meeting Fee Schedule -  First fee is through 12/3/12, second is after 12/3/12; member fees are for those paying 2013 SICB dues.

    • SICB Member $330, $390

    • SICB Student Member $99, $160

    • SICB Postdoc or Emeritus Member $220, $280

    • Non-member but joining SICB - includes membership $440, $500

    • Non-member $440, $500

    • Student Non-member but joining SICB - includes membership $139, $199

    • Student Non-member $440, $500

    • Postdoc Non-member but joining SICB - includes membership $270, $335

    • Postdoc Non-member $440, $500

    • High School and Community College Teachers $99, $160

    • Companion $77, $105

    • One Day Only $165, $220

    • Full Members of co-sponsoring Societies (AMS, ABS, and TCS) are eligible for the SICB Member rate.

    • Student rates apply only to SICB student members.
