Finance Committee

This committee has discretionary powers concerning the Contingency Fund as described in the Society's Policies. The committee also makes recommendations to the Executive Committee about such matters as hiring a professional financial advisor or advisory company. SICB Bylaws, Article XV, Section 8 provides details on the membership of this committee.
